RECIPE!! SPICY COCONUT PRAWN SUYA

Orishirishi is team healthy/clean eating and it's reflected in our products that consist mainly of sea foods rich in omega 3 fatty acid and basically white meat..

This is a recipe that incorporates deliciousness with health and a spice to the usual.

Here goes


Ingredients
Prawns (deshelled and deviened)
1heaped suya spice
Juice from half a lemon
2tablespoons of coconut oil melted
Salt to taste
1table spoon olive oil if using stove
6 or more bamboo skewers
Others, grill or gas or stove and frying pan

Steps!
A. Marinate the prawns with some salt and lemon for 30minutes or overnight

B. Combine the suya spice and coconut oil and set aside

C. Combine coconut oil with the prawns after removing excess liquid

D. Arrange 3 to 4 prawns on the skewer

E. Grill for about 2mins on each side

If using a stove/gas, place the prawns in a pan and cook on high heat to give it the brown look of grilling, then cook on medium heat for 2minutes.
